the police department, community relations bureau to assist detectives in the
field dealing with protestors and property owners.• Create large, poster
size, presentation map and marketing material for city manager to present at
public meetings using CorelDraw and Adobe Acrobat.• Implemented and maintain
a GIS based Storage and Retrieval system (GSTAR) utilizing ArcObjects, Visual
Basic Applications (VBA), Crystal Reports XI, and MS Access, which
streamlined and reduced required man hours to research geographically, based
information.• Maintaining, geo-code and update city of Phoenix’s vertical
control points (bench marks).• Developed soil reporting tools and soil
classification maps for our construction project engineers.• Created custom
VBA bench mark search application in MS Access, significantly reducing
man-hours by allowing non-survey personnel to field consultant requests for
